This week's challenge at I Heart Faces is our best face photo taken in January. I had to choose this one which portrays my husband and son making faces at each other.

This week's challenge at I Heart Faces is "Innocent Wonder". What could be more innocent than a baby exploring his new world? This photo was taken a few weeks ago of my little boy taking in his surroundings.

This week's photo challenge is all about smiles. Nothing is more genuine than the smile of a bride walking down the aisle to meet her groom. I caught this photo by chance when I accidentally snapped a second photo.

I Heart Faces: Best Faces Photo of 2010

This week's photo challenge at I Heart Faces is the Best Face Photo of 2010. I bought my first SLR camera in 2010 and spent most of the year learning what everything meant. I still rely very heavily on the auto mode but hope to move more toward the manual options by the end of 2011.

My favorite faces photo I took recently during the Christmas holiday. I happened to walk into the living room while my husband was trying to sooth our son, who was 8 weeks old at the time.

All of my edits were done in Photoshop 8. My edits included enhancing the color, lightening and sharpening it a bit, and cropping it to a 5x7.

I Heart Faces: Pet Faces

This week's photo challenge over at I Heart Faces is all about our pets. I chose a photo of my kitty, Harley, this week since he is our good boy. Out of the three of our cats, he is the only one who we never have to scold or yell at. He always seems to be sitting off to the side watching the other two get into trouble.
